Foto shoot

Amy is a very happy baby. Even now she's sick (stomach flu) there's still lots of smiling going on in this household. It's a challenge to get it on camera though. So every now and then Amy and I have our own little foto shoot. This usually entails around 20 pictures with 'almost smiles' and about 2-3 pictures with smiles :) Here's some pics from our foto shoot today. Enjoy!

First tooth!

We just discovered Amy's first tooth is coming through! Didn't know that could happen at 11 weeks old.
Still trying to take a picture of it but that's not so easily done :)

Weekend sleepover

Last weekend Tessa came over to our house. It was a very busy weekend with two babies just 3 months apart. But we had a lot of fun. Tessa is curious about Amy and wants to touch her. But as soon as Amy starts to cry it becomes frightening :)

Amy is not as actively interested in Tessa. She doesn't move around as much yet. She just carefully observes her from the safe and comfortable place in mommy's arms :)

2nd check up

It's been a while since I've posted anything. It's unbelievable how little time you have left to do simple things with a baby in the house. But so far I have enjoyed every moment of motherhood.
Today Amy had another check up. She now weighs 5400 grams and is 58 cm tall. It's above average but still very much within the normal limits. She's growing fast and learning all kinds of new things every day! She has a color full music mobile that she loves. Whenever it's on she'll start smiling at it and even try to talk to it :) She'll follow one figure around until it's out of sight and then quickly turn her head to where the next figure will appear.

First check up

Yesterday Amy had her first check up. Everything was ok. She now weighs 4600 grams which is average and she's 56 cm tall which is above average. So she's a very pretty long legged girl :)
